Ethos Gems & Jewellery was started in the year 2001, which work as manufacturing and sales unit. Subsequently, two Retail outlets, one in Surat (Gujarat) under the name of Ethos Jewels and another one in Navsari (Gujarat) under the name of Nikita Jewels were opened to market Ethos Diamond Jewellery, in the year 2005. Recently, another sales outlet at Mumbai started its operations with the name of Gadhiya Jewels. We have expanded our reach and have a wide network of Franchisee / Merchant / Exporters across various regions who are working in association with us over many years.

Over the years, our market has increased from Indian subcontinent to Europe, Africa, UK, Dubai, US, Australia, and Nepal. Ethos products are available in many well known Jewellery Showrooms in India. We are looking forward to have our presence across the globe, with our brand available in at least one shop in each European continent – the vision of our Chairman, Mr. Jayantibhai Gadhiya.

We focus on "Do it right the first time, and every time". This is achievable only because of the quality systems and standards we have set in our company. Using a blend of latest computerized and hand tools, facility of in-house diamond cutting & finishing from raw uncut diamonds, working on all types of precious metals, we also check the incoming raw material and finished product against the standards set, at each and every stage. There are various testing equipments and latest technologies made available to our workforce, to achieve the above.

We also carry out random Failure tests in between i.e. failure of product under stress or extreme conditions – heat, water, drop, sweat, etc, thus exposing the unanticipated weakness, which we resolve and take care of. Thus, at Ethos, we have been able to have total quality control. Our Quality Assurance System has increased our customer confidence and company's goodwill.

We have in-house setup for Research & Development where we continuously work on new and innovative ways and techniques to have more refined diamonds; dimensions and angles in which to cut raw diamonds to get bigger and clear diamonds. Regularly we upgrade our tools & systems and look out for new machines and technologies available in the market, which can be used by our workforce.

Our designers are given regular training by skilled professionals to further enhance their skills and look out for new means and styles which can be used to have better designs, which are unique and have aesthetic look.

Special dummies are created with use of precious stones in different combination, different grade, to get a feel of the overall arrangement. Several samples of precious stones are drawn out, given finish / polishing, using different procedures & tools, which are then analyzed with our magnifying glass / eyes / standards, to get the final version of the product which is most appropriate for giving the desired lustrous / glistening / radiance. This analysis is used and implemented for the lot of precious stones / for such precious stones.

Our team of specialized & creative designers and visualizers begin's with "white paper" – they can put to paper any design or imagination, by hand crafted drawings and sketches. Wherever required, use of computerized software such as CAD, CAM and specialized effects are also used by them. Each design is thus tailor made as per requirement of customer, and what best will meet his/her needs, looking at his/her budget and occasion. Varieties and designs as per taste and market are made available to our franchisees / outlets from which the customers can select what suits them.

What we were not aware, was informed by some of our clients. Our diamond jewellery gave them higher Value for Money, in comparison to what they had purchased from others. It was not just at the time of purchase that it was cost effective. The resale value of our jewellery was higher, when they went to sell, because of genuine gold quality and higher quality of Diamonds.
